BNLfood's engineering expertise stems from a long pioneering experience in developing lean and efficient 1st, 2nd & 3rd level egg cracking operations since back in the 1960s. This expertise was used to export & implement international operations of BNLfood & to create international ties with strategic partners in production, marketing & sales.

Cellular engineering was recently launched as a new innovative concept encapsulating most aspects of production & management that need to synergize within an operating plant, in relationship with the complex group of stakeholders it belongs to.
